Axis Capital acted as a Financial Advisor to Bain Capital for the acquisition of 24.98% stake in IIFL Wealth Management Ltd. Axis Capital extended deep support to Bain Capital including deal structuring, regulatory and industry insights along with support across other various facets of the transaction process for a swift outcome.
