He has a deep understanding of and experience in capital markets in India. As Managing Director Corporate Finance, Axis Capital Ltd, he leads a sector agnostic specialized team of professionals responsible for seamless execution of investment banking products such as public issues, right issues, QIP, open offers, buybacks, private placements, de-listing offers etc in ECM, M&A and Hybrid Security categories. He has been involved in successful completion of more than 500 capital market transactions.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Law graduate.
