Bank of Baroda, India’s 4th largest bank raised INR 4,500 Cr in its first QIP. The issue witnessed a tremendous response from investors, despite sharp corrections in the global markets due to spike in US Bonds yields and conflicts in Middle East on the day of launch.
The overall book was subscribed multiple times, attracting bids from marquee long only FIIs, Domestic Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Domestic Financial Institutions & Multi-Strategy Funds.
Axis Capital successfully executed its 4th QIP in the banking industry within a span of 3 months.
