He has over 14 years of holistic capital market experience. He has successfully led and executed a multitude of capital market transactions (IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, OFS, Blocks, Buybacks, Takeover Offers, Delistings) for a variety of companies across sectors. Prior to joining Axis Capital in 2011, he worked with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
He is an MBA from XIMB and a Chartered Accountant.
In his free time, he’s fond of travel and enjoys listening to music.
